What if fear never really leaves?
What if the goal isn’t to get rid of it—but to walk with it anyway?
In this episode, I open up about two moments that hit me deep:
One at the gates of a sweat lodge, overwhelmed by a wave of old social anxiety…
And another, right after ending a yoga class cycle—driving home with heaviness in my chest, caught between closure and confusion.
Both moments were filled with emotion, discomfort, and the temptation to run.
But I didn’t run. I stayed.
And that’s where the real shift happened.
I also dive into the teachings from David Hawkins' Letting Go, the power of feeling our emotions fully, and the magic that lives just behind the fear we’re trying to avoid.
This episode is about emotional courage.
It’s about choosing to stay with what’s uncomfortable.
And realizing:
Fear doesn’t stop us. Our resistance to feeling it does.
